Bibliographic record for a patent publication via EPO OPS: invention titles (multiple languages), applicants, inventors, IPC classifications, application number, and the abstract. Worldwide coverage by publication number (e.g. EP1000000, US6093011). Net-new vs US-only patents.detail.
/api/patents/epo-biblioPAYMENT-SIGNATURE.The epo biblio API is a pay-per-call patents endpoint built for AI agents and autonomous software. Bibliographic record for a patent publication via EPO OPS: invention titles (multiple languages), applicants, inventors, IPC classifications, application number, and the abstract.
There is no signup and no API key. An agent (or any HTTP client) hits the endpoint, receives an x402 "402 Payment Required" challenge, signs a sub-cent USDC payment on Base or Solana, and retries — the data comes back on the paid request. That makes it a drop-in epo biblio data source for an agent tool-use loop, an MCP host, or a backend that needs patents data on demand without onboarding to yet another vendor portal.
